Robert Gibbons

Robert Gibbons is a disability attorney with over a decade of experience representing clients nationwide. A graduate of Eckerd College (B.S., Biochemistry) and Stetson University College of Law (J.D., 2012), Robert originally planned a career in patent law until his youngest sister suffered a traumatic brain injury in a car accident during his final semester of law school. Her recovery and ongoing care needs redirected his career toward helping others facing similar challenges.

Since then, Robert has represented thousands of clients and built a strong track record of successful outcomes. A unique hallmark of his practice: prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, he traveled in person to over 30 states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, to represent clients directly. He most recently served as an Associate Vice President at a large, national Social Security disability firm, leading teams through complex, high-stakes cases. His personal connection to disability law shapes his approach to every client relationship, and he's successfully advocated before some of the toughest judges in the country.
