Jaida Sloan

Jaida Sloan is an Associate Attorney at Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers, dedicated to advocating for individuals harmed by the negligence of others. She guides clients through the complexities of the legal process to help them secure the compensation they deserve, with a focus on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death cases.

Jaida joined the firm after gaining extensive experience at a Massachusetts personal injury firm, where she managed case administration, negotiations, settlements, and litigation. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New England Law | Boston in 2024, graduating in the top 15% of her class as an award-winning regional mock trial attorney, and holds a summa cum laude Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Policy from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

During law school, Jaida clerked at a Connecticut trial firm, where she assisted on a landmark case that resulted in a $100 million jury verdict - reported as the largest bodily injury verdict in state history. She also completed judicial internships with the Honorable Judge Norma Gonzales of the 131st Civil District Court and the Honorable Judge Joseph Griffin of the Boston Municipal Court, gaining hands-on exposure to pre-trial motions, jury and bench trials, and judicial decision-making.

A native of San Antonio, Texas, Jaida has strong connections to the Spanish-speaking community, bringing particular dedication to serving ESL clients and ensuring they can navigate the legal process clearly and confidently. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Outside the office, Jaida enjoys spending time with her Goldendoodle, boating, traveling, and cheering on Boston's sports teams.
