Attorney Michael O. Smith is a seasoned litigator in many areas of the  law with an emphasis in workers compensation and personal injury  cases.  He is a lifelong native of Massachusetts who earned his  undergraduate degree at Boston University School of Management.  Prior  to obtaining his law degree, he was a Workers Compensation Claims  Adjuster.  Attorney Smith Graduated from Suffolk University Law School  in 1999 and worked briefly at a Boston Insurance Defense Firm.   Attorney Smith then brought his talents to a general practice with an  emphasis on plaintiff personal injury, motor vehicle negligence,  workers compensation as well as domestic, social security and criminal  matters.  Attorney Smith has handled countless jury and non jury  trials as well as Administrative Hearings.

Attorney Smith now uses his prior experiences with Insurance defense  litigation and general practice work to assist his clients in  achieving the most favorable results possible.  Attorney Smith finds  gratification in assisting individuals in obtaining benefits that are  deserved.

When not practicing law, Attorney Smith enjoys spending time with his  family and volunteering in youth sports.
